1. Clean and dry the application area.
2. Open the package and remove the plate.
3. Peel off the protective film and place on the T-zone, pressing gently on the edges.
4. Leave the patch on for at least 4 hours. (It is recommended to use it overnight, up to 8 hours for maximum effect.)
