1. Clean and dry the application area.
2. Open the package and remove the patch.
3. Remove the protective film and apply the patch.
4. Gently press on the edges of the patch to help it stick better.
5. Leave the patches on for at least 4 hours. (The patches can be worn for up to 8 hours. It is recommended to wear them overnight for best results.)
